Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Wiggles & Whiskers Grooming, we know life happens, and plans can change. However, late cancellations and no-shows impact our ability to serve other clients and their pets. To ensure fairness, we’ve implemented the following policy:
First-Time Cancellations:
•Your first cancellation is on us—no fee will be charged.
Cancellations Within 2 Hours of Your Appointment:
•A 40% fee of the scheduled groom cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment.
No-Shows (No Notice Provided):
•A 60% fee of the scheduled groom cost will be charged for appointments missed without prior notice.
Exceptions to the Policy:
•This fee will not apply to cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or other legitimate reasons. We trust our clients to communicate honestly about these situations.
To implement this policy, a credit card authorization form will be included with your intake paperwork. Please rest assured, your card will only be charged in cases where there is an obvious disregard for our time and effort.
