Late Pickup Policy

To help keep the salon running smoothly and maintain a low-stress environment for all dogs, we kindly ask that pets be picked up within 15 minutes of being contacted that grooming is complete.

 

If pickup is delayed beyond 15 minutes, a late pickup fee of $15 per 30 minutes will apply. This fee helps cover the additional time and care required to supervise pets after their scheduled appointment time.
